I was originally going to choose 44c, which is a financial management, tech but they said the bonus wasnt going to be paid on that b/c they had to call and reserve it for me? Whatever that might mean. So I was thinking about 42F, 42A, or 46Q. Does it actually depend on the MOS you choose which determines your enlistment bonus? Thanks

Yes, it does depend on the mos.

That is the largest factor in getting a bonus. If your only looking for money and just want to serve your country and your ready to go, ask for an MOS from the hot list that recruiters get. It usually has jobs with the highest bonus(because they need to fill these slots) plus a quick ship bonus(because they want them filled now).

Bonuses are based on many things. MOS is a big part of it. If the MOS is in need of being filled the bonus will generally be higher than an MOS who has excess people.

Get with one of the moderators or career counselors on this site and he/she can give you info on what fully makes up the bonus.
