The best thing that I can point out to you is the in/out calls list. You can get out of your MOS by reinlisting for a reclass, but the MOS you are going into needs to have a Y under E-6. If you are not looking to reeinlist, then good luck getting out of your MOS with a 4187. I'm having a hard time just doing it as an E5. Your best bet is to try and reenlist for the reclass big sarge.
