Are there any rangers out there or anyone who served in a ranger bat? I have a few questions to ask. Can U tell me what 19d's do in a ranger bat I talked to the commander of a ranger company in 1/75th when he came and visited us here in baghdad and he told me what scouts do there but I wanted to know is there anyone who can tell me what ranger scouts do from exprience

I don't have any personal experience, but I can tell you that there are no 19Ds in the Ranger Rgt. The scouts in an Infantry unit are 11Bs.

Well yeah I know that because all we do now is dismounted patorls and 11b stuff which I have no problem with but the only scout thing Ive done since I been in country was an op, but I thought if anyone 19d in the army was doing there jobs it would be the rangers but thanks
