With your ETS you are eligible for Paragraph 6 it looks like. If you re-enlist for the A ZOne (before 10 April) you will get $10,500. If you re-enlist in the B Zone (after 10 April) you will get $13,000.
That is my take on it and if any of the Re-enlistment counselors want to chime in with any exceptions or corrections, it would be greatly appreciated.

Well, you could afford to give a bit more information. (i.e.: are you deployed, you just going from SRB or BEAR)
Lets assume you're staying 14J, since your MOS is a fortunate one, lucky your not 25F. And lets assume your not deployed. And let's also assume you are a in fact ZONE A.
Zone A -- Soldiers who re-enlist with between 17 months and 6 years of service.
Zone B -- Soldiers, who -- at the time of re-enlistment -- have between 6 years and 10 years of service.
Zone C -- Soldiers who re-enlist with between 10 and 14 years of service.
And let's also assume that you are not trying to get assignment choice.
If all those assumptions are correct, you can get "up to" 10,000 in Zone A. Unless the milper message I am looking at is outdated.

For Bravo Zone you can get 5,000 for 12-23 months of Addition Obligated Service 7,000 for 24-35 months of Addition Obligated Service 9,000 for 36-47 months of Addition Obligated Service 10,000 for 48-59 months of Addition Obligated Service 13,000 for 60 or more months of Addition Obligated Service
Remember this is not for how long you reenlist for but for how much time you will have after your original ETS date.
Don't worry about a location SRB, your MOS does not qualify.
