I know this topic has been discussed previously, but I have a few additional questions.

I re-enlisted in Nov 06 for 6 years and received a bonus. I am trying to recalss to either 31D or 38B. Will I need to repay any of my bonus if I reclass?

Also, 38B is listed in the BEAR program. Although I am not eligible for a SRB can I still apply for the BEAR program? 38B requires an application, so do I need to apply for 38B and for the BEAR program?

Thank you for any help you can provide

You cannot extend under the BEAR Program until you are within 24-months of ETS.

Wtat is your current MOS and how many years of service do you have?

My current ETS is NOV '12. Can I just change my MOS with the BEAR program? My current MOS is 35F.

No ... the BEAR Program is for Soldiers within their reenlistment window and Soldiers in balanced or overstrength MOSs.

Since you are not in your reenlistment window and your MOS is a shortage MOS, you do not qualify for the BEAR Program.

Since you're in a shortage MOS, the chances of your branch releasing your for a voluntary reclassification is very slim.

I'm reading through the BEAR message 08-01 and it states:
"Soldiers requesting CMF 18, MOS 21D, 21P, 31D, 35L, 37F, 38B, 79R, 89D may request entry into the BEAR program regardless of their In/Out call status."
I know that does not help me with the reenlistment portion though.

Yes, you can get those MOSs if you are qualified, but again, not until you are within 24-months of ETS.
