President Bush just signed off on the new war budget... so will that allow reenlistment bonuses go up?

No, it'll pay for more bullets and equipment to win the war. (Or is the "war" still going on? )

There has to be some type of monies allocated for retention..... does anyone know how much that amounted to in this new bill? I've tried just researching the "actual" bill but haven't yet found it (which is amazing considering that our government just approved it - it SHOULD be available for the public to view).
