If I reenlist through the bear program as 18C(Special Forces) as a SGT but get promoted while in school, would I still get the SGT bonus or the SSG bonus when I become 18C qualified? There's almost a 9K difference, so you can see the importance of this to me....Thanks

If you're approved to enter the BEAR Program while promotable and then get promoted, you'll reenlist and receive the bonus in the new rank held.
