Effective 1 May 2007, some MOSs will no longer be eligible for a reenlistment bonus.

I don't have time to look through them all, this file is too big to attach.

If you are Reserve Component and within your window prior to 1 May, contact your career counselor NOW!

Can't do this. You must ETS after you return from deployment.

Change 2979086327547639:

All MOSs are eligible for a reenlistment bonus except 79R. However, this is due to be short lived so see your Career Counselor NOW!

Can someone going from reserve to active upon returning from deployment, still get whatever bonus is being offered? I had asked before about going from reserve to active and gotten the link of information on what documents my husband needed.
Will he be eligible for whatever bonuses are offered? He's an E6, 11B, with 9 years in, if that will help. Thanks!

Regarding the question below
"whats the current incentives for soldiers to switc to the reserves from active duty while deployed"

This answer is not exactly true -
"Can't do this. You must ETS after you return from deployment."

The Personnel Policy Guide gives specifics of what you need to do to go active duty - in a sense Army Reenlistment is correct, but I think he meant you must wait until your deployment is over -

Here is the link for the PPG http://www.armyg1.army.mil/militarypersonnel/ppg.asp and the information you are looking for is in Chapter 10 on page 212 - as for bonuses - one of my peers just demobilized and reported to MEPS the next day and was able to carry her leave over, it took a couple of weeks for her to process through all the paperwork to go active, but she did receive a bonus and re-classed -
