I am looking to reup soon and I was wondering when bonuses will be going back up. I am in Iraq currently and I have been told to wait until after October 1st because they say that bonuses will shoot back up because of the new fiscal year. Also, I am reclassing from 25Q to 19D and wondering if I will even get a bonus. 19D is not covered under the BEAR program from what I am told for my MOS. It is a STAR MOS is why they say it. Any help?
