Hi all, enlisted in ARNG Jan 05. Went to basic June 22, now in AIT. I'm a 91W, long course. I graduate the 13th of January. When I enlisted 91W wasn't an MOS you'd get a bonus in; now it is, 10,000 actually. It's now a critically demanded MOS. Is there a chance I can get my bonus?

I'm not sure how the National Guard operates, but let's look at your situation this way:

What are bonuses for? To entice people to join certain jobs.

You already joined without a bonus and will be completing AIT. Why would the Army pay you a bonus when you already signed and nearly completed training?

Active Army bouses are not paid retrocativly.

Well, you may not get a monetary bonus but look on the bright side, you will soon be trained as a 91W which will undoubtedly give you the advantage when applying for a civilian position in the medical field!
