I a soldier reenlists and is eligible for an SRB does he/she become ineligible to receive any remaining enlistment bonus installments?

If you reenlist and take an SRB, you are still entitled to your EB.

How do I go about getting the payments to be made as I have 2 soldiers that have reenlisted received their SRB's and have submitted a pay inquiry and both inquiry's came back stating that they received "x" amount of money and they should look at all of their accounts as the entitlement has been paid.

They submitted a pay inquiry for their SRB or EB? If they are looking for their EB, then they may have to submit the Annex B of their enlistment contract that shows the fund site code for which the EB is being paid from. If they are due any more money for their EB, finance will see the scheduled pay outs or if the whole dollar amount has already been paid.

I enlisted April 2007 for 28K, 4 years, 13B with Quick Ship and College Bonus. I believe the breakdown was as follows:

US ARMY HIGH GRAD BONUS
US ARMY CASH BONUS 4 YR ENL
US ARMY SEASONAL BONUS (HIGH PRIORITY SEAT I-IIIA)

My PEBD is 20010125 (I am a prior reservist)
My BASD is 20070201
My ETS is 20110612

I have received 16000 of my enlistment bonus thus far and expecting another 6K on 17July09.

I want to renlist and re-class. I am considering UAV operator, 19K and 13F. So are you saying that if I re-enlist on 20july09, after my bonus is paid, it will not be recouped, I will get my deployed re-enlistment bonus based on the current MILPER MSG and get my final 6K on 17Jul2010 as well?

Since you are doing a reenlistment, you keep your EB; even if you were able to reenlist prior to the date you specified, you would still get your last payment of the EB. Since you are looking to reenlist for Option-3 (Army Training) you will have to wait until you are inside your reenlistment window and your redeployment date will have a factor on when you will be able to reenlist. What I mean by that, don't look at reenlisting your first month of deployment. Training seats are only posted so far in advance for the next Fiscal Year, so you may not be able to reenlist option-3 until you are 3-6 months into deployment. Being deployed you will be able to receive the deployed SRB.

You may not want to wait for your bonus if you want to reclass to 15W. It is restricted to E-4 and below. Even E-4P do not qualify. This is not likely to change as it is now Aviation.
