I am a 35L2O (should be 35L3O shortly before/after I deploy) with an ets of 19 June 2011. I will soon be deploying to Iraq and would like to reenlist down-range. I have already received an A Zone bonus for reenlistment and have 4 1/2 years TIS. Is there anyway I could receive another A Zone bonus? Furthermore, does the overseas bonus count as a zone bonus? Can anyone tell me my options? I have been married just shy of a year and have a baby on the way; this being said money is my obvious focus right now. Any assistance regarding this matter is greatly appreciated.

No you can only receive one bonus per zone. You will have to wait until you are pass 6 years active federal service to be able to reenlist for the B zone. An A zone bonus whether paid for deployed or MOS is still an A zone bonus. Good thing about being here is that you can save a lot of money, so being here is a bonus in itself.
