I recieved a reup bonus in Iraq and I pcs from ft stewart my new command is putting me out on a chapter 5-8 Honarably and involentary do I still have to pay back my bonus Ive heard yes and no so I need help to find this out or regulation
Ok, I read that you were deployed. Let's try this another way ....
What is your MOS?
When you are deployed and you have a critical MOS, you can choose between two bonuses (Inventory and Deployed). Depending on which bonus you received could determine if you will have to pay the bonus back (pro-rated).
According to AR 635-200, Chapter 5-8, this is an involuntary separation due to parenthood.
AR 601-280, Chapter 5, paragrapg 5-13 states: A Soldier who voluntarily or because of misconduct fails to complete obligated service for which an EB or SRB was paid will refund a percent of the bonus equal to the percent of obligated service not performed. The servicing FAO will perform recoupment of the portion of the bonus before the Soldier’s discharge.

According to the references, you should be able to keep your entire bonus.
