I am a 21P. I was racing to reach my 2 year reenlistment window on 17 July so I can reenlist for 4 years =$18,500.
The new message states that only 2 year reenlistments are allowed. This would mean that my reenlistment window is not valid right now (2 years left), or does it (just a blind hope) mean that I can reenlist for four years which would put me 2 years over.
Message ends on September 30 which would probably take the army to the new budget.

Are you a SSG or above with more than 10 yrs of Active service? If not then you are going to have to wait until next FY to reenlist.
