I reenlisted on the 3rd of July and still havent received my bonus. I know there was an issue with the paperwork and the CC told me he took care of it and I should have my bonus in 10 days. Well that was 3 weeks ago. There are Soldiers who reuped on the 21st and got their money yesterday. I did receive the money for the leave that I sold back.

If I reenlist in a Combat Zone and dont receive the money until I redeploy (in 1 week) will it still be tax free?

Yes.
Put in a pay inquiry, ask your Career counselor to check, or maybe someone here can see if it's even in the system right.

Is there anyone that can check the status of my bonus for me please? My CC told me that a CMS was being worked on it, he doesnt have access to check on the status of it though. I was able to talk to someone on the phone at DFAS but he told me he couldnt see a CMS in the system. I would really like to know what the deal is. Thanks
