I am looking in to reclassing i just wanted to know if Bounses are only given out through the Bear program or if there are chances of receiving one with out the Bear program.

The only way you can recieve a bonus and reclass other than through the BEAR Program is to reenlist while in a deployed Zone where you can recieve the MOS inspecific (deployed)bonus. IE: Kuwait, Iraq, Ahfganistan.

The reason you don't get reenlistment bonuses when you reenlist for Option 3, Army Training Reenlistment Option (unless you are deployed) is because you are:
a. not qualified in the new MOS
b. changing your PMOS and cannot receive a bonus if you change PMOS for old MOS

Can someone elaborate a little more on MOS inspecific bonus, please?

I am currently deployed as a reservist (88N). ETS already passed. I would like to re-enlist into active duty and reclass into MI MOS, and would like to find about any possibility of picking up a bonus for re-classing into a critical skill field.

The Critical Skills Retention Bonus (CSRB) is for active duty Soldiers only.

You cannot get this transferring from RC to AC.
