I wish I had an answer to your question. It is true, bonus amounts do change periodically. However, there is usually little to no advance notice before they do change. In some cases, you may be better off getting what you can, when you can. You never know when bonus amounts will decrease or go away for your MOS.
If you aren't dead set on re-enlisting you might wanna check out the Northrop and Grumman website. They are big in the ADA world. Great pay and benefits.
