I was just told by a recruiter that as a E-4 in my B zone at six years in that I would only get 10,000 for four years (the max as a E-4 that you can reenlist for in the B zone)for reenlisting but as a E-5 I would be getting 15,000 for over five years
More than likely you were told this information by your Career Counselor or maybe your BN retention NCO. You did not provide enough information for anyone to give you the answer you are looking for. What is your MOS? Are you deployed? It looks as if you were given the totals that are possible, not the amounts you would get.
I wonder if the decline in RA bonus's are going to reflect changes to the reserve bonuses?
