Who controls bonuses? I thought it came down from DA. According to MEPS, there are NO bonuses for prior service as of 2 March 2007 which came down from USAREC. Since when does USAREC control bonuses?

Does it REALLY matter who controls bonuses? This may be just misinterpreted terminology?

What's the real issue here? Is it that you got out and now want to come back and you're not getting all the "love" you think you're entitled to?
