My window is opening on the 22nd of Feb and i am a 92Y E-5. My husbands re-enlistment NCO told him that they were no longer giving out anymore bonuses till the new milper message comes out. Is this true or are the bonuses still around?

This is not true and I don't understand why anyone would say this. If you want the latest information, you'll need to talk to a Career Counselor ... Reenlistment NCOs are normally part timeers.
