Have we finally got a bonus yet? I know last month before we rolled to the field we aint got nothin. But had a brand new private get 37K for signing up. But we cant get anything for retention

The $37,000 bonus was probably a seasonal bonus and an increase multiplier/cap through the end of the fiscal year.
As for 88Ms receving renelistment bonuses ... yes, you guys get $10,000 max if you have less than 6 years and $15,000 max if you have between 6 and 10 years of active service.
