I'll need your BASD, PEBD, ETS, MOS and if you are deployed or not.

A while back, I snagged an SRB calculator in excel format, had all the formulas programed in for Deployed vs Non Deployed bonus amounts. Had a small section for calculating sold leave days as well. Sadly it's outdated and does not reflect the current pay scale. I didn't create it, so I have no clue on how to update it. If any excel gurus want to have a crack at updating it, I can dig it up.

So I'm going through this Excel bonus calculator... aaaaaand I'm lost. I don't understand some of the things, like "Date after old ETS". What's that all about?

It should actually read "Day after CURRENT ETS".

Career Counselors seem to have their own lingo sometimes.

You're not in the B Zone yet. You're in the A Zone (17 months to 6 years active service).

Your multiplier is 1A, not 1.5B.

Your maximum bonu payment is $10,000.

If you reenlisted for the following years, you'd receive approximately:

4 Years = $5,500
5 Years = $7,500
6 Years = $9,750

I know you are going to say its not all about the money, and it isnt but low rates like this is why people arent reenlisting. At least not my MOS.

Bonus computations are on an individual basis ... tell me your information and I'll tell you what you'd be offered (reenlistment bonus)
