In light of the 2/8/08 MILPER message regarding bonuses I am more confused than ever. I'm E-6, 18 C with ETS of July 2009. Scheduled to deploy to Iraq in May 2008. What bonus is available? If I re-enlist downrange is it taz free?

Thanks for any clarifications you can make.
