Second that.... on the "Pilot cap . That thing is hideous. I voiced the same in the comments box, as well as to just STOP MAKING SO MANY CHANGES, nothing is wrong with the way the uniforms are now.

Thanks for starting this thread. I hope everyone takes the survey and expresses opinions about the new uniform.
As for me, I made sure to tell them they need to fix the cut of the female trousers. Maybe they didn't pick a good model or something, but those E4 and below female pants look like something from the 80s.

Why don't they give soldiers their stripes back like the other services for the class B? If they really want to get back to some semblance of tradition, this is a no-brainer. Those shoulder epaulets for NCOs look wimpy and the collar pins for enlisted are really lame. No wonder no one wears garrison uniforms any more. Also agree that the service cap is too gaudy in its current iteration, particularly for officers. Might as well give them Beefeater hats. Who designs these things anyway? Some poor guy clawed his way to the top for 30 years, only to ensure that his comrades look ridiculous in perpetuity. The world's toughest Army deserves a simple, sharp uniform that doesn't have any question marks attached to it.
My feeling is that id they are planning on doing a complete overhaul of the Class A ensemble, they should just go back to the WWII era khaki Dress uniform. They have a history. A strong history. I for one would be excited to wear them.

Good call DW, I was just about to say the same thing about the service cap being better than some crappy beret. Oh, yeah, your garrison cap image isn't showing up on my screen.

Think burger joint, or check back when you get home.
I've given up trying to understand the network at Riley.
