So, based on your admissions, you lied and fraudulently enlisted ... why bring this up now?
I'll give my personal opinion. I have never, in my life, met anyone who wanted so bad to correct a technicality, that they were willing to give up their career (even if it's only one term of the army). That being said, my honest, no BS assessment is you want out, and are looking for ways, without seeming to do so. Does that make sense?
That being said, I don't look down at you. A lot of people feel the same way on deployments. They mess with your mind, and cause you to rethink a lot of things..I did the same. I am not in a position to give advice on the contract stuff, however.
I know it can suck at times, but it will get better. You have no idea how bad I also wanted to go to school and spend time with my fiancee. Since I got back, things improved ten fold. I have a better job, spent time with the family, etc. Just don't do anything to screw yourself, please. I hate seeing good people make bad decisions, you know?

I have no knowledge of altering an enlistmet/reenlistment contract after years.
I'm don't think you're a bad person, but the bottom line is you signed the contract and by you signing, you're acknowledging the contract is correct.
