Does anyone have on file or know a place where I can access some good PT programs designed from FM 21-20? My platoon sergeant has asked me to implement a PT schedule and before I make one on my own, I want to see if I can find a high speed programs. Thanks.

If you do a google search, you can find some great programs but in all honesty, I would just recommend looking through FM 21-20 and following the guidelines that are inside. Using those guidelines will insure you don't stray too far from what your PSG is expecting.

Alot of people either forget to use or to mention TC 3-22.20. The most current copy is March, 2010 which encompasses pt cards, proper execution, movements, etc.
