I'm a 21E in the guard and couldnt possibly carry around all the manuals or take them home to refresh for tasks ahead of drill. People may already be doing this, but I've started laminating information that I use regularly. It's fairly common for posting drills in vehicles/turrets, but demo information, breeching charge info, calculations for bridge demo, etc I keep around. The backs of the pages also make great expedients for range cards, squad briefings, quick layouts and notes. I'm also using a laminated gearflow chart in mastergunner school, great for testing myself and not wasting tons of paper. For schools that have alot of individual page handouts, laminating and issueing with manuals could save some taxpayer dollars. Hope someone finds this helpful.
