Does anyone out there have a good training Database that they have found to be easy to use and maintain that they are willing to share?

I know that there are leaders books that work off MS access , but I am unable to find a databse that a training section would use to handle training requirements, scheduling, range information and the planning status of events such as those that Training and Ops would be working on.

If you have something or know where that kind of program can be found, please drop me a line so I can try to get it.

Thanks, SSG K

Several Training Room NCOs I know have been using RapidataARMY, and told me about it. I downloaded the 15-day trial at http://www.rapidatasolutions.com. It is a very useful tool. I ended up buying a license for our use.

I know there used to be a database that some 1SG created, called Personnel and Equipment Tracking System (PETS). I have a copy of the setup files, if you want, somewhere in my archives. I just looked it up on Google, and I don't see it online anymore. Good thing I saved a copy... I used it at my old unit. Now I'm about to create my own, loosely based on that.
