My csm wants me and another corpral to move to our sister unit and teach 140 about the pls and how to operate it. Basically almost like a company dta deal. My current company dta instructor doesnt really have any training aids or a curriculum himself and cant really help me. He basically just wings it every time he teaches the course. Is there anything out there that may help point me in the right direction to try and create somewhat of a curriculum and where possibly i might get training aids?
