I'm currently a Signal E-4 with aspirations on becoming a warrant officer for aviation. I came in the Army with a BA in Business Management without going OCS because my step-father (who is a retired drill Sgt) said it's the best thing to do first for the experience. Well, I've been in for what will be two years in August, and I am trying to find out where I can get help to put my packet together. If anybody has any suggestions and guidance, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Has everything you need. It would be benficial to get with someone in the Aviation field. Ask around for anyone who has put a packet together. They will be the best help you can get.

If you have any questions specific, I can try to answer them. I put my packet together in the past (not for aviation so they have *little* different process) but decided not to put it in. I finished the packet completely though I might be able to help.
