It looks like I'm one step closer to commissioning. My direct commission packet will go to HRC in May and I'm told I should know within 6 weeks of that if I'm approved or not.

I'm a little anxious about it but ready to move forward. Most of the officers in my unit are prior NCOs and many of them are wonderful officers. However I also have some great senior NCOs. Sometimes it makes me want to remain an NCO but then I consider the pay difference & there isn't much of an argument
