Iam currently deploy in Iraq before I left Germany I EROD my son thinking I was going to PCS on the way back, once in Iraq I reenlisted and ask for the year stabilization. Now I have my Supervisor telling me that I need command sponsor and that I could not bring my son back with me, they also told me that if I bring him back without their authorization they will give me an article 15, but my son is first. After a 15 months deployment all I look fwd is to have my son with me, Funny ha Family first. He is only 2yrs old and is staying with a friend of mine, what am I suppose to do let someone else raise my son for me because it inconvinience the Army or because is not feaseable for them. Im not expecting the Army to pay to bring him back, I wasnt even planning to get on post housing, I dont understand whats the big dilemma about this. What can I do with this situation, I will appreciate any help.
