I have heard that Fort Carson soldiers have to go to Fort Bliss for WLC. Is this true of false?

I know some soldiers from Carson went to PLDC at Bliss when my husband was there, but that was a long time ago. I just went to the WLC grad here at Lewis last week and there were a few guys from Carson, here, too, so not sure what it's like now. Sorry!
