I have recently became the Schools NCO for my Battalion and I have a Soldier who is getting ready to PCS to Japan. He does not have time to attend WLC stateside. What are his options? Will they offer him WLC in Japan or send him somewhere that does?

Thanks

Yes, I just PCSed from Japan A year ago.

Most likely your joe will be going to KOREA for WLC. Unless he/she is heading to the health clinic, then they will be going to WLC in Hawaii with the 25th, using slots the TAMC gives. It will also depend on where your soldier falls on the OML also as the promotable SM will have first "dibs" on the better slots.

Good luck, hope this helped.
