I read in the course management plan for WLCWLC That if your doing WLC less then 90 days after a deployment you don't have to take it. Does this mean though that you can't "Exceed the Standard"?

i went to wlc in late april and i had just came back from a deployment in march. you still take the apft at wlc but it does not count because you have less than 90 days from returnin from a deployment. this was wlc at fort bragg, nc

Thanks man, thats what I figured. I'm really not worried about taking the PT test, but figured it would be one less thing I had to worry about. So it didn't affect your award at the end then?

they grade using 6 evauls but since i was in that 90 day thing they graded me with just 5. i still made commandants list when i graduated

I'm in WLC now at Fort Knox..make sure you bring a memo saying you just returned from deployment in order to not take the APFT.
