OK, I finally got my WLC date. I'm leaving July 8 to go to FT. Dix. I was told that it is the fast course (2 week course). Has anyone been there for it? If so, what is it like? If not, has anyone been to a 2 week course?

Also, I've been in 2 different units in the past 5 years where we do no military type training (DNC, Land Nav., etc...). So, as you can imagine I will be slacking in alot of areas. Is there anything I can do to arrive prepared? Any help would be great, Thanks.

D&C is no longer a requirement for WLC. Lucky that you got FT. Dix and not Ft. Drum. I was stationed in Jersey and I still had to go to Ft. Drum last summer. FT. Dix is pretty much all reservists and NG. As far as Land Nav just be ready to learn because they will teach you how to pass the course.

Let your key leaders know about this information. It is very easy to be overly prepared for the WLC course and it doesn't matter where you go. Follow the link:

https://www.bliss.army.mil/usasma/usasma.asp

Across the top is Schedule/Courses use the drop down and select Warrior Leader Course.

Login with you AKO and this will provide 100% of the courseware, all training aides, references, and day to day training outline. Spend a week just checking it out and you will be fine.
