I am hearing that the WLC course in USAREUR may be 45 days. Is that true? What happen to the two week courses

Question:
WLC in USAREUR, HOW LONG IS THE COURSE?

Choices:
WLC should be two weeks
WLC should be correspondence course

I went to two week PLDC at Ft. Hood and felt like I was cheated. Check the website of the NCOA that you may be attending and see how long it is.

WLC is a 4 week course at Grafenwohr (Gods little section of hell on earth). Also I hope you dont smoke because the new SGM has a new smoking policy. You can only smoke from 2000-2100.

I read the memo...yup, smoking only during personal time (20-22)...maybe I should quit!

On another note...I'm not proud to say it, but I am one to always manage to mess up land nav...anyone done it at Graf? Is it really bad/hard there? It's the one thing I am most worried about, and really there aren't a lot of ways to get better. I can plot points all day, it's just a matter of walking it...I always get off course.

Dates of post? What do you mean? And how does one get assigned to the ISR. I'm a m6 as well, loved the ISR in school!

wow!!! thats bs on the no smoking rule...does that go for cadre also?? my sgl was breaking every 25-45 min for smoke breaks....land nav at graf is the easiest i've seen...they use to have a tricky one there....2 points by one another...go with your gut and don't sit on the correct point like i did while picking the wrong one which was a few feet over

I went to PLDC in Graff its not bad just a long 30 days of nothing. The cadre arent that bad either they try to act hard but trust there not at all.

Whats the difference between a SGT and SGT(P)? Nothing until you sew on your rocker

I went to PLDC in Graf (Not WLC) and unless they have dramatically redone the Land Nav course you should have no problem. All but one of the points I was given were visible from a road or trail. Wasn't so much land nav as terrain association.
