If you are looking for a good customizable toolbar for your browser, why don't you download our free toolbar.
It is actaully pretty cool and if you follow any of the posts in this community, the most recent posts are scrolled across a small section of the toolbar.
If you don't like it, you can always uninstall it. There is no spyware and you can add buttons to it such as:
