Ok So I check my ERB today, and under the reup-code, it all of a sudden has 9X-- other disqualification.... I was flagged for being overweight, but that came off a month ago, and the KA is no longer even on my ERB. Even when flagged overweight, my re-up code was still 10. I am not in trouble, or pending any UCMJ. I am hoping this was just a screw up at S1, since all the vets had to turn in erbs to get our free leave days added on to our record due to deployments... any advice or thoughts would be great.

Have you ever been under investigation? The 9X is normally used for that purpose.

Your Career Counselor is the only one that can change this code ... you'll need to see them to have it changed. They will verify the information, gather documentation, and then correct the ERUP code.

I have no idea if I am under investigation. Would I be told that? There was a whole group of guys in my plt that got busted for drugs, but I am not one of them. Someone mentioned that I was there with them, but that I had no idea what they were doing. My PSG, and 1SG, are aware of this and told me not to worry, all of the other guys went to CID., the only reason I asked because there is guys being overweight, and there re-up code is also 9x..FYI, when I checked my ERB on tuesday it was fine, with a 10 code

Sounds like an investigation to me ... there's always more to the story.

Also, overweight ERUP code is 9W.

Ya i understand that, I have been interviewed and cleared. wrong place wrong time with wrong people. And if more people read this and I agree there is always more to the story, simple case of the above statement. Also I was told that 9w was no longer used anymore

Actually 9Z is the code used for overweight. 9W is for an unacceptable article 15.
