Is there any gaurantee that at the beggining of the new fiscal year bonuses will go back.

AR correct me if I am wrong but there is never a gaurantee when it comes to what bonuses will do in the future.

Nope, never a guarantee ... also when the Enhanced SRB Program was initiated the bonuses that were being offered were too high (based on what the Army was getting versus what the Army was giving).

The bonus amount will go down at least one more time and then they will more than likely level off unless the endstrength projections are not being met.
