I have a buddy of mine who wants to go back to their MOS which was 42A. They just completed BNCOC as a 88M. Is that possible

HRC is the approval/disapproval for switching a PMOS to SMOS. They base their decision on the stengths of both MOSs. Have your buddy see his Career Counselor to initiate this request.
