I re-enlisted to reclass into 25B about 2 1/2 years ago to two surgeries I was unable to go to school, since I did not have a valid PT test I am currently deployed and when I get back to the States I'll have just under a year left in the Army with my current contract. Since I did not get go school, do I go to school when I get back? Is it a breach of contract? or am I just out of luck on going to school?

You can still go to school (if you meet all the qualifications), but you'll have to reenlist to have more time on your contract.

For 25B, Soldiers incur a 36-month service remaining requirement from date of course completion.

It's YOUR career! Take control of it before someone else does.
