I am currently deployed to Iraq and I am getting back in october. My ets is not until 08 feb 09 and i am hoping to get out and start school in january. I was wondering if i can waive my stabilization to submit a school drop to start in January. Is that possible?

IF your Chain of Command lets you, I would say yes. Usually a DA 4187 waiver to the 90 Day Stabilization works. Plus if you are due to ETS anyways, they are already most likely counting you out with terminal leave and clearing..

Good answer, KingsGambit.
