I submitted my paperwork for the CSB. It was faxed off to DFAS and has been recieved. I called today and they said it was a CMS case and was being processed. They said it can take up to 4 weeks. Is this the norm, how long does it usually take? Thanks for any info.

Yes, I hit my 15 years on 9 July. I've heard of some people getting theirs in less than a week. Hope it is quicker than they say, got tons of work to do on my house.

30 days is the line you're told, but normally you get it much quicker ... if you're not paid in 30 days, there is probably a problem.
