I'm a SGT with 4 years in. My enlistment is up in SEP 07. Is AGR or NG offering any sign up bonuses? I want to at least get 3 more years in so that when my enlistment is up with AGR or NG, I won't be in the IRR. Does anyone know where I can get a list of MOS' for certain NG units?

Provided you are qualified for an MOS in your area, you may be able to get an affiliation bonus. If you are not MOS qualified, there is also a reclassification bonus for certain MOSs. This is for TPU (part-time) service. AGR has no sign on incentives but you may still be able to get the conversion bonus.

There's a new thing they were testing (it may have expired) where you can reduce your total term (MSO) by up to 2 years. Check at your transition point if this is still an option.

What is your MOS and where are you going after REFRAD? I can find you Army Reserve jobs but not guard.

I'm a 21B, and spent the good part of 9 months over here in Iraq in a transportation squad, so it wouldn't be hard for myself to get "converted" over to being an 88M. I just want to know if there are any incentives that they are actively throwing peoples ways.

Not much in Springfield that I can see.

Theres a maintenance BN in Canton, a chemical platoon in Bloomington, and a transportation company (whole bunch of 88M slots here) in Bartonville.

You can't reclass from 21B for the bonus unless you become a recruiter. It might be hard for you to find a 21B position (not many of those in the Reserves) so the affiliation bonus is not likely.

If you can get 88M as a secondary MOS before you ETS, you might be able to get the affiliation bonus that way.

If the affiliation bonus is out of reach, fear not. You should be able to get a "Try one" enlistment. This is a one year contract with the Reserves. Once you have reclassified, you can reenlist for 3 years (putting you just to or slightly over 8 years total service) with a bonus.

Alright and how would I go about getting 88M as a Secondary MOS? I'm getting what you're saying. If I'm not able to get 88M as a Secondary MOS I'd be able to reclass, re enlist for 3 years and get a bonus that way? Am I getting this right or am I way out in left field somewhere?
