just a quick question i received an article 15 prior to deploying. i am currently in Afghanistan and hoping to re-up asap. my punishment is done but im still flagged. im working that issue though what i was wondering is my LT says im still showing as eligible to re-up i thought any flag meant disqualification. my erb reads a flag code of AA and my reenlistment eligibility code is 10 can anyone tell me what these codes mean and if in fact i am eligible. just looking for strait answers and no one seams to be able to provide them hopefully one of you can help.. thanks

If you are still flagged (and by the code AA or Adverse Action you are) you are not eligible for reenlistment.

The reason your ERUP code is a "10" (meaning fully eligible to reenlist) is probably because the flag was not provided to the Career Counselor to change the ERUP code to a "9X".

Bottom line is, if you are flagged, you are not eligible for reenlistment.
