I am currently approaching 10 years on 25 Sep 98. I was inquiring if I am eligible for a bonus? I am a 13B20, and I have received a bonus before. So that means I would be in the Bravo zone if I am right? This would be my 4th re-enlistment if I do re-up. Also what would be my options for duty assignments currently? Any feedback would be helpful. Thanks.

In addition I am a SGT, E-5 Non-promotable, and I was deemed fit for duty. I just underwent a MEB/PEB, and was found fit for duty. How long does it take normally to receive an assignment once you are deemed fit for duty?

There is only a bonus for 13B SSGs currently. Search for the current SRB message dated 12 MAR 08. Sorry to break the news to you.

Sorry about the bonus situation, but just wanted to let you know to think ahead when you re enlist. as long as you do it before 25 september then you will still be in your bravo zone. You should remember though that you have one more re enlistment and if you go for 6 years with this enlistment then you won't be eligible for a bonus with your charlie zone reenlistment.

I know that we didn't know that you weren't "bonusable" after you have an ETS right at or over 16 years, just trying to give others a heads up.

Have you ever received a B Zone bonus before?

Also, thanks 13 BANG BANG and whiskeywife for proving very accurate answers.
