I reenlisted in June before stop move codes came down on the unit. I was told that if I did reenlist a 4187 would be sent to HRC to tell them not to put any codes on me. It was signed by BDE and DIVISION CDR. It got lost at HRC 4 times, or so they said.

We finally faxed it to them with an Exemption (exception, whichever one it is) to Policy and told it we would be notified of approval or decline. That was almost 2 months ago.

All we ever hear is that its LTC desk waiting...This is getting really old as Stop Move codes came down before this and HRC deferred my date...Do you know how long this is supposed to take to get signed?

I am about at the point of contacting congressman or requesting a meeting with BDE commander to take care of this...This is ridicolous.

So my date changed again to Jan 2010 but I still have an "E" code...does ne one know what that means?
