Hello all, I'm new to the site, but I'm currently serving on Active duty in the AGR (Active Guard Reserves) but now I want to go back Regular Army, as the reserve system just isn't cutting it for me. I'm an E5 (P), and 34 years old what type of transition can I expect? if any, and will my (P) follow me as the promotion is the same as the AC, just on a different system?
