Hello-

I am a 25S, I reenlisted jan07 for four years and will hit my bravo zone in may. I am currently deployed since last september, schedualed to go home in december. Come May, when i hit my Bravo zone, am I eligible to utilize Option 3, to go to the 1C Satellit Controller School? And if so, will I still be able to get the cash bonus?

Addtional useful information: i am regular Army, I am a SGT (p) shoul;d make points before May.

Option 3, Army Training Reenlistment Option is only offered to initial term Soldier ad Soldiers in an overstrength MOS. If HRC (through your Career Counselor) grants you an exception, you may be able to get an ASI. You must be within your 24-month reenlistment window to receive an option other than Option 1.

Also, if you reenlist in the desert, you can get the deployed bonus regardless of the reenlistment option you select.

I am pcsing to Hawaii and need to extend to go. I have 2 yrs and 6 months right now. However i am not in my bravo zone, i only have 4 yrs right now. My retention is telling me if i reenlist now i can still get my bravo zone bonus? Is this correct , please respond ASAP

Are they saying you can get the B Zone NOW of the next time you reenlist?
